No. Beginners are welcome. We lend a uniform for the first class.

Classes are led by Coach Matt and the Han Mi team, under Marco Moreno, a Relson Gracie black belt.

What ages?

Kids and adults for BJJ and Taekwondo. Women's Self Defense is ages 13 and up. Ask Coach Matt which class fits.
